You can permanently delete your Fitro account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Open Fitro on your device.
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.
From the sign-in screen, tap Delete Account (available for users signed in with Google).
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and cloud-synced data will be removed immediately.

If you can no longer sign in or prefer to request deletion in writing, email us at appvergetechnologies@gmail.com with:

Subject line: "Delete my Fitro account"
The email address associated with your Fitro account (the Google account you signed in with)

We will confirm your identity, delete your account, and reply within 30 days.

When you delete your Fitro account, we permanently remove:

Your Firebase Authentication record (user ID, email, display name, profile photo URL)
Your profile (name, age, gender, height, weight, goal weight, activity level, fitness goal, dietary preferences, unit system)
Your fitness data (workouts, exercises, sets, reps, personal records, XP, level, streaks)
Your nutrition data (food logs, water logs, macros)
Your challenge data (started challenges, mission progress, completions)
Your device tokens for push notifications
Any profile photo you uploaded to our storage
Any Firestore documents scoped to your user ID

For legitimate legal, security, or compliance reasons, we may retain the following in anonymized form:

Aggregated, anonymized analytics events — with all user identifiers stripped — for up to 26 months, per Firebase Analytics' default retention.
Crash reports for up to 90 days, per Firebase Crashlytics' default retention.
Transaction records for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law in your country if you have made a purchase.

Anonymized data cannot be linked back to your identity.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately for account, profile, and cloud data. Backups purge within 90 days.

Email-requested deletion is processed within 30 days of receipt.
